Are Leinst products guaranteed?
of course! We are committed to making you 100% satisfied. To ensure you get the best products, Leinst team members will manually check them before delivering them to you! Even if we do our best to ensure that your product is delivered in an ideal state, we cannot completely avoid accidents. If you find any problems with the product, please take a picture of the problem and contact us immediately. Leinst will send someone to follow up with you to find a solution to ensure satisfaction.
Before the product is shipped or produced, we accept the order cancellation. If the order is cancelled, you will get a full refund. If the product has been shipped, we cannot cancel the order.
Returns and refunds
If you want to return the product, please send us an email within 14 days of receipt of the product (based on the delivery date on the tracking record (if applicable)) to request a return.
We do not accept unreasonable returns and refunds. Due to the high shipping costs, the Leinst team sent the wrong product to ensure that all products must be in an unused, unpackaged state and remain in their original state. We will refund the full amount within 1 to 3 working days after receiving the package you return. If this is your own mistake. Order the wrong product to ensure that the product is returned in its original state, and the transportation and other costs incurred during the return should be borne by you.

If it does not meet our policy requirements, we have the right to refuse any store credit refund / exchange. We recommend that you return the package to us through a traceable carrier and ensure that you return all the goods to us. We are not responsible for lost packages.
Please note that shipping fees and express shipping fees are not refundable.

The refunded amount will be refunded according to your payment method. If you pay with a credit / debit card or bank account, PayPal (our credit card settlement service provider) may take a while to process credit card transactions with your bank.
